MPJHS Student Wins Scholarship

Start on College Fund

    Mount Pleasant Junior High School 8th grader Isaac Burris is the recipient of a $5000 scholarship from Super One and Kretschmar Foods. Burris was chosen for the award based on grades in school, community involvement and character.
    Burris was presented with the $5000 Bond during a special ceremony at the Super One store in Mount Pleasant, Texas. Burris will put the money aside to use for college.
